Excellent English Customer Service
I am not a Spanish resident but have an NIE number so have an unlimited call and data contract for my teenage son at school and a PAYG for myself. The customer service in English is excellent and the prices are so much better than others. Roaming is great with a generous allowance. I am really happy with the sevice they gave me setting this up. I can’t fault both service and price. I spoke to Laura and she was very friendly and had great knowledge. On the otherhand Movistar are a disaster when like me, you don’t speak Spainsh.

Hours a day without mobile intenet
In Benidorm, it is a bit better than Vodafone which is virtually zero in Benidorm during summer time, but still, i have HOURS a day almost without mobile internet. Spain, in general, has teh worsl mobile internet compare to all countires I ever visited.
I’ve been to 20+ countries and SPAIN intentet during summer time is horrible. This country is not for business, this country for relax only. It has no conditions to do business

This company is suspicious.
Emails are not signed, post-sale services inexistant, operators turn agressive and respectless.
On top of that it is not uncommon to see the phone line vanish for three days or more. They have the perfect attitude to be labeled as high risk profile. UNRECOMMENDED.

Not able to provide a SIM card after 4 weeks of trying and sending signed contract in two times.
As apparently the SIM card could no be delivered I was told to start the entire process once more

If you want to find yourself WITHOUT phone service when you are travelling, then choose this company.
There should be a law which forbid such companies to exist. This is simply a robbery.
Additionally it can be very dangerous, because you could find yourself in a emergency and the phone simply won’t work!
AVOID AT ANY COST! Choose any other company on the market.

Al final es mejor que Orange
Antes tenia Orange fibra+movil. Al cambio, he visto que el movil funciona igual como orange. La fibra funciona mejor que orange como download, un rato mas lenta como upload (eso pero no me interesa, porque en upload la utilizo poco). La atencion al cliente: he esperado un dia para una respuesta a una email, unos 10 minutos para conectarme via chat. Es mejor que orange con la mitad del coste.

Digi Mobil my best choice.
Digi Mobil is no frills, no hidden charges. WYSIWYG. What You See Is What You Get. It is the alternative to to the established providers. I have tried Movistar & Orange prior to Digi. As a bonus they have customer service with an «English» option. I am very satisfied with the Internet fibre and mobile data service, and customer attention is 10 out of 10.

I changed from Lebara to Digi when i…
I changed from Lebara to Digi when i moved inland. The connection was really poor. It turns out Digi is just as bad and their customer service is very poor.
I will be looking into other options this week as I am done with Digi now.
The top up service online is also a nightmare.

My international calls have increased because of the generous amount of minutes I get with the Combo. The few times I had questions I was given prompt courteous customer service — no waiting!

just works with a fair price and fair conditions. Outstanding USP is the GB top up service within a month.
Digimobil would be even better, if I could top up directly with my nonspanish credit card and not had to use an external costeffective mobilerecharge.com App to prepare my holidays from home.

STAY AWAY AS FAR AS YOU CAN
The service that I have encountered is the worst thing I have ever seen.
I booked my contract in the middle of September, to make sure that I have internet in time for my home office. I called and told them, that they should make sure everything is working properly on the 1st of October. I have been waiting without any information for over a week. The service line is the most useless thing I have ever encountered, as it serves the purpose of blocking callers. No information is given and no supervisor is responding. After a one long week mess of me calling daily I decided to pay the extra and move to Movistar. As my dad used to say, cheap is always more expensive. Save yourself the struggle and go with a proper provider.

Run away from this company
The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced (and I’ve lived in several countries). In a nutshell, I requested wifi and to change my mobile number from prepaid to contract as part of the package. They never installed wifi and I had to call them after 15 days to find out they never would. As a result I had to spend an extra €13 on the mobile just so I wouldn’t be left without data or wifi completely (which I shouldn’t have had to spend at all had they provided me with the service they agreed to). Their response: “it is what it is, that’s the process”.
They even refused to let me log a complaint. Dreadful company, go with any but them. PS: PVT has great customer service, a better price, and sorted out my wifi within two days.
La peor atención al cliente que he recibido (y viví en varios países!). Para resumir, pedí wifi y que cambiaran mi prepago a contrato como parte del paquete. Nunca instalaron wifi y después de 15 días fui yo la que tuvo que llamar y me dijeron que no me lo iban a instalar. Como resultado tuve que gastar €13 en el móvil solo para no quedarme sin wifi ni datos (dinero que no debería haber gastado de ellos proveer el servicio prometido). Su respuesta: “es lo que es, es nuestro proceso”. Hasta les pedí hacer una queja formal, cosa que rechazaron. Terrible empresa, elijan cualquier otra. PS: PTV tiene excelente atención al cliente, mejores precios y me instalaron wifi en dos días.

I originally came to Digi because of competitive pricing.
I originally came to Digi because of the competitive pricing they had on offer, but it was a decision I have since regretted. The customer service and service delivery of Digi is probably one of the worst you could ever experience. I had an issue where the fibre optic cables had been burned due to a fire next door. The fibre optic cables had to be replaced. I specifically told this to the customer service at Digi and they said they would send out a technician to fix it. A few days later, the technician comes out, but this technician could fix issues related to the router, not the fibre optics. I specifically told the customer service that the issue was with the fibre optics, yet they sent someone who could only deal with the router. A few more days later, the right technician came out to fix the fibre optics, but they were supposed to come in the morning and only arrived at my property later on in the afternoon. I am working from home, so having internet is extremely important for me to be able to do my work.
After this issue had FINALLY been resolved, the internet had been fixed and working just fine. Fast forward to the present. I am now moving properties and need internet to be installed as soon as possible in the new place. I applied for a new contract with Digi. They initially said it would take 5-10 working days for this to be completed, but it has now gone past 5 days and I have yet to receive a call from the initial technician to switch the fibre optic cables. I have called Digi multiple times as this needs to be done as soon as possible, I was guaranteed that the installation would be done by the end of the week. It is now Friday, nothing has happened. I eventually got through to a supervisor who was less than helpful, she said that they can’t give me the direct number for telefonica which is absolute rubbish. The supervisor’s name was Andrea and she made no effort to keep me onboard as a customer and made no effort to reassure me. This is pathetic from a customer service perspective.
I have now decided to get a fibre line and movil with a competitor who can install the fibre the next day.
